75 percent buy to let mortgages From Barclays
26th January 2012, Barclays will relaunch its 75 percent buy to let mortgages through brokers alongside the introduction of a ten year fixed rate mortgage for its residential range.
The buy to let mortgages from Barclays will be available as a two year fixed rate mortgage at 5.29 percent or a two year tracker mortgage up to 75 percent with a base rate of +3.99 percent and a £3999 fee.
