A new bridging loan sourcing system has been launched, providing help for brokers to place cases directly with independent mortgage brokers. The system providers criteria data for more than 25 bridging lenders and provides the opportunity for brokers to see which lenders will accept their bridging loan clients. The new system has been launched by Ed Payne, the former commercial manager at Moneyfacts and former IFA and developer Roly Birkwood.
