New Lifetime Tracker Mortgages
A range of new lifetime tracker mortgages will be launched by the Co-operative Bank providing up to 75 percent mortgages with a rate of 2.79 percent and 85 percent mortgages with a 3.79 percent rate.
Current account customers of the Co=operative Bank will also benefit from a rate drop on their lifetime tracker mortgages as well as fixed rate mortgages. Their 85 percent mortgages will also see reductions, with a 0.3 percent cut on the three year fixed rate mortgage, reducing it to 3.69 percent and the five year fixed rate mortgage will be reduced to 3.99 percent, representing a 0.2percent cut.
