Mortgages up to £100 cheaper than renting
New research published by Halifax shows that mortgages such as first time buyer mortgages and fixed rate mortgages could be up to £100 cheaper than renting.
Rsearch showd that the costs associated with mortgage products including first time buyer mortgages and fixed rate mortgages have fallen by £328 since 2008 as a result of house prices falling and the average monthly mortgage rate droppings from 5.75 percent to 3.63 percent.
