Mortgages A2Z is a young, progressive mortgage brokers based in the North West of England. We offer mortgage and re-mortgage products from the whole of the mortgage market, to suit most client’s circumstances.  

We do not charge fees for our advice, recommendation or arrangement. Upon completion we will be paid a commission by the chosen lender. We will retain the first £500 and refund the remainder (to a maximum of £500). Therefore, our advice is never influenced by the level of commission.  

The majority of our business is arranged very efficiently through the Internet together with the support of telephone, fax and postal contact. Our aim is to provide a thoroughly professional service and achieve a speedy completion of any purchase or re-mortgage. 

We arrange and oversee the whole purchase or re-mortgage process by arranging and submitting the application, organising the valuation through the lender and supervise the legal process from application to completion, using one of our panel solicitors. 

Our service is a complete armchair application process for the client. All we require from any applicant is documentary evidence to support the type of mortgage or re-mortgage application in the form of ID, Passport or Driving Licence, Income Proof if required and sometimes documentary evidence of any outstanding credit arrangements.
